📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Facilitate dispute resolution between employers and employees, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Conduct mediation sessions to help parties reach mutually acceptable agreements.
• Provide guidance and support to employers and employees throughout the dispute resolution process.
• Develop and implement industrial relations strategies to promote a harmonious work environment.
• Monitor and report on labor disputes and trends to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with legal and HR teams to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Provide training and workshops on labor laws and dispute resolution techniques.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders in the industrial relations field.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Labor Studies, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial relations, labor law, or a similar field.
• Certification in Industrial Relations or Labor Law is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
