📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute high-end event concepts that align with our clients' brand and vision.
• Oversee the entire event planning process, from initial concept to final execution.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and local partners to ensure seamless event operations.
• Manage budgets and financial planning to ensure events are delivered within budget.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for all events.
• Lead and mentor a team of event planners and coordinators.
• Leverage social media and digital marketing to promote and market our events.
• Evaluate and analyze event performance to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning and management, with a focus on luxury events.
• Proven track record of successfully managing high-profile events.
• Strong knowledge of event planning software such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or similar.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
