📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP construction projects using industry-standard software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Primavera P6.
• Analyze project requirements and specifications to ensure accurate and comprehensive cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to gather necessary information and data for cost estimation.
• Review and verify cost estimates to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints and project timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of cost estimates and project data using project management tools.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project costs and progress to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in the MEP construction sector.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to decision-making processes related to cost estimation and budgeting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP cost estimation for construction projects.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Primavera P6.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Indonesian construction industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in cost estimation or project management is a plus.
