📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty coffees.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized café environment.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers and addressing their needs.
• Learn and follow standard operating procedures for coffee-making and customer service.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the barista team to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to develop your skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a café or barista role is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of coffee-making techniques and equipment is a plus.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check.
