As a Learning Advisor, you’ll be immersed in the daily rhythm of our Canggu campus, collaborating closely with teachers, counselors, and parents to create a supportive and engaging learning environment. You’ll use tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, and our in-house Learning Management System to streamline communication and track student progress.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized academic and career guidance to students, helping them set and achieve their educational goals.
• Assist students with course selection, enrollment, and registration, ensuring they are placed in the most suitable programs.
• Facilitate communication between students, parents, and academic staff, addressing concerns and providing support.
• Monitor student progress using our Learning Management System, identifying areas for improvement and offering targeted interventions.
• Organize and participate in student support programs, such as tutoring, mentoring, and academic workshops.
• Collaborate with the academic team to develop and implement student success strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in student success and enrollment.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our student support services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in student advising, academic counseling, or a similar role in the education sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and staff.
• Proficient in using Google Workspace, Zoom, and our Learning Management System.
• Familiarity with educational assessment tools and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about student success and committed to fostering a supportive learning community.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
