As a Club Reception Staff, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You'll manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, and assist with any guest inquiries. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art Padel courts, a lounge area, and a restaurant, offering a unique blend of sports and leisure activities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs using our in-house reservation system.
• Provide information about our facilities, activities, and local attractions.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Assist with event planning and coordination, including setting up and managing event spaces.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is always presentable.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a high standard of service.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols, including COVID-19 guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality or receptionist role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with basic office software, such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
• Bilingual in English and Indonesian is a plus.
• Valid ID and work permit for Bali.
