📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the management and maintenance of palm oil plantations, including monitoring crop growth and health.
• Support the team in implementing sustainable farming practices and best management practices (BMPs).
• Conduct regular inspections of plantation equipment and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of reports on plantation activities, including crop yield, pest and disease control, and environmental impact assessments.
• Provide technical support to the team in the implementation of agricultural technologies and tools, such as GPS and GIS systems.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations, including the implementation of fire prevention and control measures.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of plantation activities, including harvesting, pruning, and fertilizing.
• Provide assistance in the training and development of new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, such as agriculture, forestry, or environmental management.
• Knowledge of palm oil plantation management and sustainable farming practices.
• Familiarity with agricultural technologies and tools, such as GPS and GIS systems.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly and professionally.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate and maintain plantation equipment.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including long hours and irregular work schedules.
• Willingness to travel and work in remote areas as required.
