Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of UAT testers to ensure the quality and functionality of digital banking solutions.
• Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies, utilizing tools like Selenium, JIRA, and TestRail.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Conduct thorough testing of digital products to identify and resolve issues.
• Work with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for testing.
• Monitor and analyze test results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on UAT testing.
• Certifications in ISTQB or similar testing frameworks are a plus.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
• Proficient in using testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, and TestRail.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
