📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal of IT assets to ensure optimal performance and cost efficiency.
• Implement and maintain an IT Asset Management (ITAM) system, such as ServiceNow or BMC Helix, to track and manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of IT assets to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure IT assets are allocated and utilized effectively to support business objectives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and reports on IT asset management processes and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve IT asset management practices.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users regarding IT asset usage and best practices.
• Participate in project teams to implement new IT solutions and technologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT asset management, IT operations, or a similar role.
• Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CompTIA ITAM+, or equivalent are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IT asset management software and tools, including ServiceNow, BMC Helix, or similar.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve IT asset management issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
