Apotek Intan Bakso is seeking a Senior Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. Your goal will be to ensure that our team is well-prepared to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain the high standards of our pharmacy.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on new products, services, and procedures.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with the management team to identify training needs and develop training materials.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to ensure they are able to apply the skills and knowledge they have learned.,Monitor and analyze training data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our training programs are current and relevant.,Work with external trainers and consultants to enhance the quality of our training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the healthcare or retail industry.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Valid ID and work permit.
