🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management and engineering.,Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects from inception to completion.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve excellence.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.,Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar.,Knowledge of relevant engineering standards, regulations, and best practices.,Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
