📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Drive sales and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Assist in merchandising and stock management to ensure optimal product display and availability.
  • Promote sales and special offers to attract and retain customers.
  • Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
