PT Mulya Kencana is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our team. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food for our customers. This is a remote position, but you will need to be available for occasional on-site meetings and training sessions. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food for our customers,Ensure that all food is prepared and cooked to the highest standards,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen,Follow all health and safety regulations,Work with other team members to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service,Participate in training sessions and meetings to improve your skills and knowledge,Adhere to all company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong communication and teamwork skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools,Ability to follow health and safety regulations,Ability to work occasional on-site meetings and training sessions
