📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates and budgets for projects.,Monitor project costs and prepare regular cost reports for management.,Conduct cost control activities to ensure projects are completed within budget.,Prepare tender documents and evaluate contractor quotes.,Provide advice on cost-saving measures and improvements.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.,Provide support to the project team in cost-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying.,Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.,Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
