📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently,Manage and develop the operations team, including scheduling, training, and performance management,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards,Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that we have the right supplies on hand at all times,Work with the management team to develop and implement new operational procedures and systems,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions,Ensure that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained, with a focus on creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere for customers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both team members and management,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Familiarity with inventory management and control systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian language is a must
