📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and train a team of store assistants to maintain high service standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation to minimize waste and maximize sales.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.,Conduct regular sales audits and provide feedback to the sales team to improve performance.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with inventory management and sales strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian with good English communication skills.
