📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and customers, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.,Monitor system performance and ensure the security and integrity of our IT infrastructure.,Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems as needed.,Document and maintain IT-related procedures and policies.,Provide training and support to end-users on the use of IT systems and applications.,Work with the IT team to identify and resolve technical issues and improve system performance.,Ensure the availability and reliability of our IT systems and infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.,Familiarity with network infrastructure and security best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies is a plus.

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical skills: Knowledge of WindowsLinuxand Mac operating systemsnetworking protocolsand security best practices.Software skills: Proficiency in using IT support and troubleshooting toolssuch as remote desktop softwarenetwork monitoring toolsand help desk ticketing systems.Soft skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsability to work independently and as part of a teamand a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
