📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by prospecting, qualifying, and converting leads.
  • Provide expert advice and solutions to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and property.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the property industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficient in using sales tools and software.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian market and property trends is a plus.
  • Valid SIM (Driver's License) is required.
