📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize our e-commerce platform to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase online sales and brand awareness.,Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create compelling product listings and promotional materials.,Provide excellent customer service and support to online shoppers.,Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback to maintain a positive brand image.,Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices.,Assist in the development and execution of the company's digital marketing campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.,Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and tools such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.,Proficient in using data analysis tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing strategies is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
