📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) to increase engagement and reach,Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, and videos, to showcase our products and brand,Monitor and analyze social media performance to identify trends and opportunities for growth,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns,Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our content is relevant and effective,Report on social media performance and provide recommendations for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or a related role,Proven track record of successfully managing social media platforms and driving engagement,Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for social media,Proficiency in using social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social),Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
