📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Prospect, contact, and convert potential customers through effective communication and negotiation skills.,Maintain and update customer records and sales data to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.,Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products/services.,Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and threats.,Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

🛠️ Keahlian

Sales experience in a similar industry is a plus.Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Excellent time management and organizational skills.
