📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy.,Coordinate training and development programs for staff.,Handle employee relations, including discipline and grievances.,Assist in the preparation of payroll and benefits administration.,Support the HR Manager in the implementation of company policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Maintain a positive and professional work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and local language is a plus.,Familiarity with HR software and payroll systems is an advantage.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
