Base City Pratama is looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Pademangan. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop store staff to enhance customer service and sales performance.,Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory levels.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve store objectives.,Promote the store and participate in in-store promotions and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Previous experience in a similar role within a retail company is a plus.
