📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the design and development of innovative helmet solutions for motorcycle riders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure helmets meet safety, comfort, and performance requirements.,Conduct research and testing to evaluate helmet performance and safety features.,Develop and implement design specifications, prototypes, and production plans.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and technologies in helmet design.,Mentor and guide junior engineers and designers in the team.,Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, such as SNI and international safety norms.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in helmet design and development, with a focus on motorcycle safety.,Strong knowledge of CAD software and 3D modeling tools, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA.,Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) for helmet design.,Understanding of motorcycle dynamics and impact physics to optimize helmet performance.,Familiarity with safety standards and regulations, such as SNI and international safety norms.,Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
