📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Promote and sell products to customers, both retail and wholesale.,Ensure that the store shelves are well-stocked and organized.,Create and maintain attractive and eye-catching displays for products.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Assist in training and mentoring new sales staff.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service.,Participate in market research and product development activities.,Adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or merchandising, preferably in the FMCG industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of the local market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to travel and work in remote areas if necessary.,Valid driver's license and own transportation.,Willingness to work in a team and follow company guidelines.
