📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality standards are met.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and documentation.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian procurement laws and regulations is a plus.
