📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential land acquisition opportunities and ensure compliance with all local and national regulations.
• Prepare and submit all necessary legal documents and permits for land acquisition, including environmental impact assessments, land use permits, and building permits.
• Coordinate with legal counsel, government agencies, and other stakeholders to facilitate the smooth processing of permits and resolve any legal issues that may arise.
• Monitor the status of permits and ensure timely renewal and compliance with all legal requirements.
• Provide regular updates and reports to project managers and stakeholders on the progress of land acquisition and compliance activities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest legal and regulatory developments in the land acquisition and development industry.
• Assist in the preparation of legal agreements and contracts related to land acquisition and development projects.
• Provide training and support to project teams on legal and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in land acquisition and compliance, with a strong understanding of Indonesian land law and regulations.
• Familiarity with land use planning, environmental regulations, and building codes.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Professional and ethical approach to legal and regulatory matters.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
