📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring partners.,Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions and requirements to ensure alignment with company goals.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide input on recruitment strategies.,Manage and track the recruitment process, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.,Evaluate and select candidates through interviews, assessments, and reference checks.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide talent management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
