📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily security operations and ensure the safety of employees and visitors.,Conduct regular security patrols and inspections of the premises.,Monitor security systems and respond to any alarms or emergencies promptly.,Maintain and update security records and reports.,Train and supervise junior security guards.,Enforce security policies and procedures.,Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed.,Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a security guard or in a related field.,Proven track record of leadership and team management.,Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.,Valid security guard certification or equivalent.,Familiarity with security equipment and technology.,Ability to conduct thorough investigations and prepare detailed reports.
