📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Prepare and maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Follow and adhere to health and safety regulations.,Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef or similar role.,Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Passionate about food and committed to delivering high-quality meals.
