Asia Real Estate is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food for our guests. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely. The salary range for this position is Rp 6.000.000 – Rp 10.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food for our guests.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Ensure that all food is prepared according to the recipe and food safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ensure that all ingredients are available and properly stored.,Assist in training and supervising kitchen staff.,Ensure that the kitchen is clean and well-organized.,Assist in creating and maintaining menus.,Assist in preparing and presenting food for special events and functions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in managing kitchen staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to create and maintain menus.
