Makmur Lestari Restaurant is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving the overall success of the business. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely, providing flexibility and a balanced work-life environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and mentor the restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and optimize the restaurant's financial performance, ensuring profitability and growth.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to maintain high-quality ingredients and products.,Lead and coordinate special events and promotions to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.,Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a restaurant or similar business.,Understanding of financial management and budgeting principles.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
