• Consult with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and recommend suitable luxury and premium vehicles.
• Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to help customers make informed decisions.
• Assist customers throughout the entire sales process, from test drives to final negotiations and paperwork.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of the latest automotive trends, technologies, and market developments.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in automotive sales.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in luxury or premium vehicles.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers.
• Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
• Knowledge of automotive brands, models, and market trends.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
